All course times are in Eastern standard time. 

 

To complete your booking, you will need to select your Zoom assessment date/time and make full payment. Once payment has been received, you will have instant access to your self-paced online learn ( 1-7 hours) and your training pack will be posted to your door. 

 

You will need to allow between 2-5 business days for your training equipment to arrive depending on location. We have partnered with Australia post to send your equipment via their express post service, please check Australian post postage times for your region, or check out our FAQs. We post-training packs at 8 am every morning Monday- Friday, and once posted will provide you with Australia post tracking details. Please note if your training equipment does not arrive before your scheduled Zoom assessment sessions, you can reschedule your assessment at no extra cost. 

 

Before your zoom assessment, please ensure you have completed your online learning, have a reliable internet connection, and have a working mic and camera on your device.

 

Upon completion of your course, you will receive your certificate by email within 1 business day.

 

The last step is to send back your training equipment in the pre-paid Australian postage bag provided. You can drop your pack in-store at your nearest post office or place it inside a red Australia post street posting box. We allow 4 business days to return the equipment, or you will be subject to a late fee.
