Important Booking Information For ONLINE First Aid
All course times are in Eastern Standard Time.
To finalise your booking, select your Zoom assessment date/time and make full payment. Upon receipt of payment, gain instant access to self-paced online learning (1-6 hours) and receive your training pack by mail.
Please allow at least 2-4 business days for delivery of training equipment via Australia Post's express post service. Training packs are dispatched Monday to Friday, with tracking details provided. If equipment doesn't arrive before your Zoom assessment, rescheduling is available at no extra charge.
Before your Zoom assessment, complete online learning, ensure a stable internet connection, and have a functioning microphone and camera.
Practical Zoom assessment lasts 1hr mins, with optional additional 15 mins question time.
Upon course completion, receive your certificate via email within 1 business day.
Return training equipment to your nearest post office using the provided pre-paid postage label within 4 business days to avoid late fees.

Course Information
Entry Requirements for HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Course Online

You must be able to perform two minutes of uninterrupted CPR on the floor to pass this course.

This course is often a workplace requirement. Aside from gaining a Nationally Recognised qualification, you will learn the skills and knowledge on how to respond to a first aid emergency situation (as well as many other first aid situations that may not be emergencies).

All course content is delivered based on the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines. This course is appropriate for anyone in a workplace or general public, who may want to provide CPR to help save a life in the event of an emergency. It’s also very valuable knowledge for anyone who may need to apply general first aid.

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid – Current for 3 years

HLTAID010 - Provide basic emergency life support - Current for 3 years

HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - Current for 1 year
